Station network
Tchadium and Mobile Stations™: the network through which EnerTchad aims to carry energy from depot to pump, all the way to the areas no one serves.
Product system · Mobile Station™
Three deployable formats, one operating logic.
The modular concept is presented in three target configurations. Capacities, equipment and deployment times below are design targets for a company in formation, not a fleet currently in operation.

Fewer stations, but better designed.
Our strategy is not to line up as many stations as possible, but to guarantee energy access to the greatest number of Chadians. Ultra-modern hub stations, each on one hectare with its own strategic storage — together they form a distributed strategic reserve for the country — ensuring fair prices and stable supply; mobile stations extend that network to landlocked areas. It is this model, light on capital and strong on margin, that generates the company’s cash flow.
“Proximity is our distribution doctrine: if the customer cannot come to the energy, the energy goes to the customer — at the same price, everywhere.”
A single flow, from supply to the last mile.
Rather than a scatter of stations, EnerTchad designs its network as an integrated logistics cascade: each link feeds the next, from the strategic depot to the most isolated community. Fewer tied-up assets, more resilience, a controlled margin at every stage — and security of supply designed against disruptions.
At launch, supply relies on regional imports of finished products; our modular mini-refineries will take over in time. Fuel is stored in one-hectare hub-depots (N’Djamena, Moundou, Abéché): buy at the right time, smooth out shortages and hold a stable price.
Tied-up capital. The hub + mobile model covers the territory with fewer fixed assets than a conventional network.
Extension lead time. Opening a new mobile outlet takes days, not months.
Targeted coverage. From the main roads to the villages: no Chadian left without energy access.
Target model indicators, to illustrate the economic logic.
Hybrid hub + mobile vs conventional network.
The traditional distribution model multiplies fixed stations on the main roads. Our hybrid approach covers more territory with less capital — and reaches the areas the conventional model ignores.
The hub station: few in number, but strategic.
Every EnerTchad station is designed as a true energy hub — not a mere point of sale. That is what makes it possible to hold fair prices for Chadians while earning a healthy margin, without multiplying locations.
Large hub stations (one hectare each) combining distribution, services, LPG and logistics space — designed for volume and longevity, not for numbers.
Each hub has its own storage capacity: buy at the right time, smooth out shortages and pass on a fair, stable price, sheltered from supply shocks.
Mobile stations extend each hub towards landlocked areas: energy access everywhere, without the cost of a fixed station — a light, redeployable mesh.
A network in three tiers, structured by demographics and the corridors.
Siting follows three national realities: the concentration of population in the south (nearly half of Chadians live in the southernmost fifth of the territory), the single Douala–N’Djamena import corridor coming up through Moundou, and the logistics break-bulk nodes. Our ultra-premium stations will not be mere points of sale: they will be hub-depots supplying their area’s satellite stations in bulk.
The backbone: 3 one-hectare platforms feeding their region.
~1.9 M inhabitants — the country’s biggest market and the Ngueli gateway of the Cameroonian corridor. Head of the national network. Ideally two sites: Ngueli (imports) and the eastern axis (Abéché).
2nd city and economic capital of the south. The mandatory break-bulk point for all inbound freight: the approved routes converge here because of the detour imposed by north-eastern Cameroon.
Capital of the East and bridgehead of the new eastern corridor to Port Sudan that Chad is developing. No serious competing redistribution in the east — a zone to capture as a priority.
Wi-Fi, sockets, coffee: during an EV charge or a road break, waiting time becomes useful time.
High-pressure washing on a recycled-water loop — clean for the vehicle, frugal with the resource.
Oil change (used oils collected and recycled), tyres, quick diagnostics — no appointment, while you have lunch.
Phone & WhatsApp, express breakdown help on the network’s axes — the road doesn’t wait, neither do we.
Tchadium concept · target services of the ultra-premium network.
The dense south-west and the B2B oil market.
3rd city, Moyen-Chari. Urban market + agro-industry (sugar, cotton).
The oil capital. Strong B2B diesel demand — fleets, E&P subcontractors. High margin.
Tandjilé, on the Kélo–Pala–Léré axis currently being paved.
Mayo-Kebbi Ouest, a node towards the Cameroonian border.
Mayo-Kebbi Est. Future railway alignment + Yagoua–Bongor bridge.
Capture the areas without competition.
Lake Region — agro/fishing coverage and opening up the Lake Chad basin.
Guéra, the geographic centre. A relay on the great N’Djamena ↔ Abéché axis.
The far North — a de facto monopoly over a vast territory, strong margin despite low density.
Sell hydrocarbons as a brand, not as a commodity.
The world’s downstream leaders do not sell “fuel”: they sell a branded additivised fuel, a station experience, a loyalty programme and fleet-management solutions. EnerTchad transposes these four levers to the Chadian market — to build private-customer loyalty, capture high-margin B2B and hold fair prices.
In the mould of majors-grade detergent additives, an in-house additivised range cleans injectors, cuts consumption and protects the engine. A differentiated fuel justifies a price premium and builds brand preference.
A corporate fuel card on the model of B2B fleet cards proven in the region: per-vehicle caps, authorised products, mileage and engine-hour capture, monthly per-vehicle statements. The core target: mining fleets, construction, corridor transporters, government bodies.
The majors draw a decisive share of their downstream margin from branded lubricants (in the mould of the big global lubricant brands), distributed beyond the network through licensing and installers. EnerTchad is developing a heavy-duty motor, hydraulic and industrial range — long drain intervals, designed for heavy fleets and mining/construction machinery.
Rather than owning everything, the majors have much of the network carried by independent operators under their brand (DODO models and franchised wholesalers, proven internationally). Our hub-depots supply in bulk a network of partner stations under the EnerTchad banner: fast growth, controlled capital, a consistent brand.
The majors’ logic applied to Chad: additivised fuel and the shop bring traffic and loyalty, while B2B fleets, branded lubricants and banner resale generate the recurring margin — without tying up all the capital in company-owned stations.

“EnerTchad gives everyone access to energy, for the country’s harmonious development.” The same conviction as for our marginal blocks: what conventional economics deems unprofitable, our frugal model serves.
Energy is the first domino of development.
Providing access to reliable, affordable energy sets off a chain reaction: each sector freed frees another. That is the deep meaning of our mission — development that is social, economic and industrial and ultimately lightens Chadians’ daily lives and cost of living. (vision · company in formation)

How it works
From the depot to the forecourt, step by step.
A station network is a promise of availability: the right fuel, in the right place, at the regulated price. Here is how EnerTchad plans to keep it.
Plan the mesh
Fewer, better-placed stations — coverage designed around real demand rather than sheer count.
Supply the pump
Refined products dispatched from the depots under metered custody and batch traceability.
Reach the enclaves
Mobile Stations™ carry fuel to regions the fixed network cannot serve — the last mile.
One experience
Clean forecourts, safety and the ARSAT price: the same standard at every Tchadium.
Network · Partners
Becoming a Tchadium dealer: a trade, not just a sign.
The network follows the model proven by the majors — independent operators under the brand — but a Tchadium dealer is never left alone with a logo.
Brand and standards, supply secured by the hub-depots, ARSAT price on display, and the station’s digital tools: SCADA, mobile payment, NRJ+™ card. The dealer sells; the brand secures the supply side.
Initial and ongoing training through the Tchaditude Academy: forecourt practice, HSE, till and tank management, customer service to brand standard. The trade is learned, not guessed.
Quality visits and mystery shoppers, HSE and metrology audits: standards are audited. The promise is the same in N’Djamena as in Abéché — that is what a brand is for.
Franchise, licensed-reseller and co-investment formulas are described on the distribution page.
HSE · Station
The safe station, in concrete terms.
“Fire safety and tank management” is not a slogan. Here is what the safety of a Tchadium station covers, post by post.
Engine off, no flame or phone at the nozzle, delivery zones cordoned during unloading, checked, visible extinguishers. The rule protects the customer as much as the attendant.
Double-wall tanks with leak detection targeted, compliant vents and vapour recovery under study, tight stock dipping: a level gap is an alert, not a surprise.
Emergency stop cutting the pumps, spill kit on site, staff drilled on fire and spill scenarios, instructions displayed. We practise before, not during.
Target protocols · company in formation — the company’s HSE approach (ALARP, ISO 45001 targeted) is detailed on the HSE-Q page.
