EnerClub™, EnerPro™ Card, NRJ+™: the station that knows you.

A pump sells litres; a brand builds a relationship. Around the Tchadium network, EnerTchad is preparing a legible house of brands — loyalty, fleet cards, an app, a store — where every customer profile has its tool.

In fuel distribution, the difference is not made in the tank — the product is regulated, and so is the price (ARSAT, everywhere). It is made in the experience: knowing where to fill up, paying simply, being recognised, controlling your budget. That is the job of the house of brands EnerTchad is preparing around its network — each brand with a precise role, from the customer’s tank to industry.

EnerClub™: loyalty that actually gives back

For the individual customer, EnerClub™ is the network’s planned loyalty programme: earn benefits on fuel and in the store with every fill-up, and unlock rewards that are useful in daily life — because your loyalty deserves more than a till receipt. For the network, it is also how the relationship takes root: a recognised customer comes back.

EnerPro™ Card: the fleet under control

For the professional — transporter, SME, administration — fuel is a major, opaque cost line. The EnerPro™ Card puts it under control: one card per vehicle, configurable limits, alerts, and clear consumption reporting. The fleet manager finally sees who consumes what, where and when — energy budgets managed by data, not by suspicion.

Key point. One house of brands, four roles: EnerClub™ (loyalty), EnerPro™ Card (pros & fleets: one card per vehicle, limits, alerts, reporting), the EnerTchad app (locate, pay, track) and NRJ+™ (convenience store and services) — planned programmes, anchored to the Tchadium network at the ARSAT price.

The app and the store: the station as a service

The EnerTchad app puts the essentials in your pocket: locate the nearest station and its services, pay cashless, track your benefits. And the NRJ+™ store is a reminder that a station can offer far more than a fill-up: everyday products, light food, local services — the neighbourhood’s living point, not just a litre dispenser.

Why a nascent oil company cares already

Because the brand is designed together with the infrastructure, not after it. The target network — Mobile Stations™ included — promises the same standard everywhere; customer programmes are the visible face of that promise. And they run on what the house already knows how to do: data for fleet reporting, logistics for availability, the regulated price for trust.

The litre is the same for everyone. The relationship is built — customer by customer.

Brands registered before they are deployed

As with everything we publish: EnerTchad is a company in formation, and these programmes are targets — trademarks under OAPI registration, deployed in step with the network. The detail lives on the Refining & Distribution and Clients pages. But the principle is set today: in Chad, the station will not just serve you — it will know you.
