Execution · The integrated oil chain
Our projects, from the forgotten barrel to the pump.
Eight flagship projects, staged and de-risked step by step, structure EnerTchad’s ramp-up — each linking several poles, from the additional barrel to the pump. A legible investment trajectory: dated objectives of a company in formation, from the short term to the 2030+ horizon.
Our flagship projects
The projects, pole by pole.
Each pole portal keeps the list of the projects it leads — the direct reading, link by link.
What these projects aim to bring the country.
Dated targets, in the service of energy sovereignty: produce, refine and distribute Chadian oil — and retain its value in Chad. Company in formation; volumes and deadlines are targeted objectives.

How we run a project: five rules
Eight flagship projects, one discipline. Whatever its size, every EnerTchad project follows the same rules of conduct — that is what lets a compact team carry an ambitious portfolio.
Phase, always
No project is committed as one block: short stages, each with its deliverable and its exit point — we can slow down or stop without wrecking the whole.
Finance in steps
Each stage cleared unlocks the next: capital is exposed progressively, at the pace of demonstrated results — never on the strength of a plan alone.
Build with the country
Local firms supervised, Chadian skills trained on the job: local content is not a box to tick, it is a project deliverable.
Measure impact, not activity
Kilometres laid, jobs created, litres delivered, hectares irrigated: every project has its outcome indicators — being busy is not moving forward.
Report, regularly
Progress, spend, incidents, variances: every project publishes its status at fixed intervals — partners’ trust is built by the regularity of the reporting.
Project progress — published status
Public information reviewed on 8 October 2026. The following requirements are conditions to document before progressing, not a claim that work has started. No completion percentage is shown without supporting evidence.
