Service commitments · measurable
Our promises, and how you will check them.
A commitment that cannot be measured is not one. Here are the four we accept to make binding at commercial opening, each with the unit it is counted in.
These commitments are dated targets of a company in formation, published before commercial opening so they can be held against us afterwards. The extra-financial indicator table sits in our commitments.

Does the ARSAT price really apply everywhere?
That is the network’s target commitment: the ARSAT-approved price, identical across the whole territory — including via Mobile Stations™ in under-served areas. Company in formation: this commitment will be binding at commercial opening.
When will I be able to order online?
The online shop (fuels, LPG, lubricants, bitumen at the ARSAT price) is presented in preview today; orders will open with the commercial opening. You can already prepare a quote request from the shop.

What does “company in formation” mean for me?
EnerTchad holds no operating assets to date: everything this page presents — network, lead times, programmes — is a dated target, not a service already open. We prefer to publish verifiable commitments rather than vague promises.
