It is at the end of the chain — all the way to the pump — that the value of Chadian crude returns to the citizen. EnerTchad aims for a distribution model designed to give purchasing power back to Chadians by driving fuel prices among the lowest, guarantee access for the greatest number, and support the State in its energy-sovereignty policy.
Fuels among the cheapest, at the ARSAT price everywhere — including in the areas imports neglect. Margin control at every stage benefits the Chadian consumer first.
Fewer stations, but better designed: hub stations with their own storage, designed to mesh the territory and secure supply all the way to remote areas.
An integrated logistics cascade from local refining to the depot, then from depot to pump: each link feeds the next, down to the most isolated community.
The station becomes a place of services: e-shop, customer portal, and charging points EV charging to support tomorrow’s mobility.
The same network, read by usage profile: the citizen at the pump, the company on its worksites, the State in its energy policy.

Dedicated supply for fleets, transporters, mines and construction: guaranteed volumes, management cards and on-site delivered logistics.
A partner to the State for public supply and the distributed strategic reserve — a lever of stability serving the country.
EnerTchad’s distribution is designed as an integrated cascade: at launch, the molecule enters through regional import; as local refining ramps up, it is produced in-country. In both cases value flows down to the last jerrycan, and each stage funds and secures the next. That integration is what makes a fair price possible, even far from the main roads.
Finished products sourced from Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola and Algeria — the first day’s supply.
at launchModular mini-refineries — the molecule processed as close as possible to the need.

opening up the countryFrom the depot to the villager’s jerrycan — at the ARSAT price, everywhere.
accessThe modular mini-refinery is a dated target, not a day-one capability. EnerTchad’s launch model is therefore the import of finished products, stored in three hubs spread across the territory and delivered to professional customers. This business is the first stage of the chain: it must generate the cash flow that funds the next ones — local refining, then the retail network.
Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola and Algeria. Two families of routes: overland regional haulage from Niger, Nigeria and Cameroon; and seaborne cargoes from Angola and Algeria, landed and then carried up the Douala–N’Djamena corridor. Diversifying origins means, first of all, depending on none.
N’Djamena commands the entry of the corridor and the first consumption basin; Moundou covers the oil, cotton and industrial south; Abéché opens the east. Storing near the customer rather than only at the point of entry shortens delivery times and absorbs supply shocks.
Mining & public works, hauliers & fleets, agro-industry, standby power & institutions. Contracted volumes, fuel cards and on-site delivery — including the remote sites that today’s supply chains serve poorly.
Launch model of a company being formed: origins, hubs and segments are targets. No order is open to date; requests received before commercial launch result in an indicative quote. See the B2B offer →
The regulated price applied even in remote areas — no remoteness surcharge passed on to the citizen.
By capturing every link, EnerTchad avoids intermediaries’ stacked margins — the difference benefits the consumer.
Opening up also means securing: a national supply no longer dependent on imports alone.
From motor fuel to cooking gas, EnerTchad targets a complete offer designed for Chadians’ real uses — households, transporters, agriculture and industry — always as close as possible to the need and at a fair price.
Fuel for light vehicles and two-wheelers — the most widespread use in Chad.
The fuel of transport, generators, mines and construction.
Lighting and cooking for unconnected rural households — a basic need.
Bottled household gas — a clean alternative to wood fuel, against deforestation.
Motor and hydraulic oils and greases — maintenance for fleets and machinery.
SCR reagent for recent heavy trucks — compliance and lower NOx emissions.
Drums for local roads and tracks — the downstream extension of targeted refining.
Refuelling of airport platforms — targeted service corridor.
Range presented as a Refining & Distribution pole target · EnerTchad is in the structuring phase — no product in distribution to date.
Rather than a single model, EnerTchad targets a family of outlets calibrated by density, road axis and use — from the large urban station to the pump that goes to the village.
High throughput, own storage, shop and services — the pivot of the big cities.
On intercity axes and regional transit — a relay for heavy trucks.
The pump that moves — opening up the last mile, where imports do not go.
Bottle exchange and local micro-storage — gas at the heart of the neighbourhoods.
An affiliate network under the EnerTchad charter — extending coverage without owning everything.
Shop, customer portal, mobile payment and charging points — the platform station.
Distribution is only credible if the customer trusts every litre served. EnerTchad targets strict standards of measurement, purity, compliance and safety — trust as the foundation of the fair price.
Regular pump gauging and calibration — the customer pays exactly for the volume served.
Litre traceability from depot to pump — fighting dilution and the parallel market.
Regulated price respected, taxes correctly remitted — a transparent player for the State.
Fire safety, tank management and environmental protection — a safe station, for everyone.
Distribution is the company’s targeted financial lung: while upstream builds tomorrow’s barrels, the network takes in cash every day. Four complementary channels — stations, B2B, LPG, mobile stations — for short, steady cash flow, serving the whole chain.
Twelve target stations on the corridors and out to the landlocked areas: each pump is a daily cash point, at the ARSAT price displayed everywhere, even where no one else delivers.
EnerPro™ framework contracts, on-site delivery, controlled invoicing: the volumes of transporters, mines, breweries and cement plants give the company its predictable revenue base.
The deposit bottle turns over quickly: a refillable fleet, a wood-fuel substitution market, a modest unit margin repeated thousands of times.
The pump that goes to the village: light CAPEX, quick commissioning, immediate cash — opening up the country becomes a sales channel in its own right.
Fuel sells in hours, not months: inventory turns back into cash before the supplier’s invoice falls due. This short conversion funds upstream without waiting for capital raises.
EnerClub™ for private customers, EnerPro™ for fleets: a recurring basket, consumption data, a defended margin — loyalty turns passing trade into a customer base.
Marketing & distribution · Refining & Distribution

Continue in Refining & Distribution
Every litre sold follows the same controlled path — and every step has its indicator: service rate, cost per kilometre-litre, batch compliance. The modular mini-refinery is a dated target, not a day-one capability: at launch the molecule enters through regional import into three storage hubs — N’Djamena, Moundou, Abéché — and is produced in-country as local refining ramps up.
Controlled import today, local production targeted tomorrow: every batch comes in with its certificate of conformity.
Reception, custody metering, regional buffer stock: the depot absorbs the shocks of the supply corridor.
Optimised rounds, a dedicated tanker fleet, telematics and road-safety rules: deliver the right volume, on time, without incident.
Tchadium stations, Mobile Stations™, approved resellers and business delivery: six routes to the customer, one standard.
Batches tracked to the pump, unannounced checks, specifications on display: trust is measured, not declared.
Shop, local services, business offers and a loyalty programme (target): the station becomes a place of life, not just a stop.
Quality · Proof
The chain of proof built from field to depot — numbered seals, weighbridge checks and contradictory dipping (logistics), certificate of analysis for every batch (refining) — ends at the station. Here is the last link.
At every station delivery, a sealed, numbered sample is kept. If a litre is ever questioned, we compare against the depot batch — not against memories. It extends the corridor custody chain all the way to the pump.
Pumps gauged and calibrated at a set frequency, with a dated metrology certificate displayed in the station. Customers do not take our word for it: they check. The fair litre is a commitment of scales, not of communication.
Every batch enters with its certificate of analysis; molecular fuel marking targeted, in support of national anti-adulteration programmes, as run by East African regulators. Adulteration and the parallel market are fought in the laboratory.
Target protocols · company in formation — the custody chain and per-batch CoAs are described on the logistics and refining pages.
LPG · Safety
Gas only replaces wood fuel if every cylinder inspires trust. The Tchadium deposit system comes with a controlled life cycle and simple habits at home.
Periodic pressure testing and requalification targeted for the deposit fleet, valve check at every pass through the centre, withdrawal of aged or corroded cylinders. A cylinder that circulates is a cylinder that is inspected.
Cylinder weighed in front of the customer (tare and fill legible), new seal, leak check before hand-over. A Tchadium exchange point is not a swap: it is a controlled act.
Compliant 28-30 mbar regulator, soapy-water test at the slightest doubt, cylinder upright and ventilated — and never a flame to look for a leak. Simple habits, repeated at every point of sale.
Target protocols · company in formation — NF EN 589 targeted; 6 and 12.5 kg formats detailed in the shop.
