Service commitments · measurable

Our promises, and how you will check them.

A commitment that cannot be measured is not one. Here are the four we accept to make binding at commercial opening, each with the unit it is counted in.

3 business daysResponse to any requestQuote, framework contract or vendor registration: immediate acknowledgement, answer from a named contact within three business days.Measure: timestamp from request to answer
24–48 hDelivery on siteAfter a confirmed order under contract, on served corridors; an announced lead time at order for remote areas.Measure: signed delivery note
ARSAT priceThe same price, everywhereThe approved price applies at the station as in delivery, in N’Djamena as in the last village served by Mobile Station™.Measure: display at the station and on the invoice
5 dHandling a complaintEvery complaint receives a reasoned answer within five working days, with the corrective measure where one is due.Measure: complaints register, quarterly review

These commitments are dated targets of a company in formation, published before commercial opening so they can be held against us afterwards. The extra-financial indicator table sits in our commitments.

Opening an account · documents to prepare

What to gather before the first purchase order.

A complete file saves two weeks. Here, from today, is the list of documents a business account will require at commercial opening — the OHADA framework and Chadian downstream regulation leave no room for improvisation.

  • Company identityTrade register (RCCM) and tax identification number (NIF), both valid.
  • Tax standingCertificate of tax compliance, or an equivalent document for public entities and NGOs.
  • Signing authorityMandate or delegation naming the person empowered to bind the company, with identity document.
  • Bank detailsCompany bank details for invoicing and, where applicable, direct debit of card consumption.
  • Delivery sitesAddresses, GPS coordinates and access conditions for each site to be served — tank capacity and offloading height.
  • Forecast volumesAnnual estimate per product: it determines the contractual framework and the delivery schedule.
  • Fleet, if EnerPro™ cardList of vehicles, registration plates and the limits wanted per card.
  • HSE, if supplierHSE-Q policy, worksite references and professional liability insurance.
No file is being processed to date: EnerTchad is in formation and opens no account, no credit line and no payment channel. This list is published so that you are ready on opening day — and so that no intermediary can claim to speed up a file for a fee. See the anti-fraud notice.

Frequently asked questions

Before writing to us.

How do I get a quote or a framework contract?

Choose your profile above then use your section’s contact button — or write directly to contact@enertchad.com stating volumes, products and location. A single contact answers you and follows you end to end.

Does the ARSAT price really apply everywhere?

That is the network’s target commitment: the ARSAT-approved price, identical across the whole territory — including via Mobile Stations™ in under-served areas. Company in formation: this commitment will be binding at commercial opening.

When will I be able to order online?

The online shop (fuels, LPG, lubricants, bitumen at the ARSAT price) is presented in preview today; orders will open with the commercial opening. You can already prepare a quote request from the shop.

How do I become a supplier or subcontractor?

A clear HSE-Q specification, structured registration and priority for Chadian local content: go to the Suppliers section above to apply for registration.

What does “company in formation” mean for me?

EnerTchad holds no operating assets to date: everything this page presents — network, lead times, programmes — is a dated target, not a service already open. We prefer to publish verifiable commitments rather than vague promises.
