   1. ZOOM AUTOMATIQUE DES CHAMPS. La regle qui portait les champs a 16px etait
      enfermee dans @media(max-width:600px) : un critere de largeur, alors que
      le zoom de Safari depend du materiel, pas de la fenetre. Mesure a 750px
      de large (iPhone couche) : /contact 10,56px sur cinq champs, /boutique
      12,8px sur les listes et 14,72px sur les quantites. Sous 16px, iOS zoome
      de force des qu'on touche le champ et l'utilisateur doit pincer pour
      revenir. Toutes les tablettes et tous les telephones couches etaient
      concernes. On recadre sur le pointeur, pas sur la largeur.

   2. CIBLES TACTILES. 151 cibles distinctes sous 44px en portrait, 298 en
      paysage. On elargit la zone sensible sans toucher au dessin, par
      remplissage compense ou par calque ::after centre. Deux exceptions qui
      grandissent pour de bon : les pastilles du pied de page et les compteurs
      de la boutique — un compteur de 32x34 ne se manipule pas au pouce.

   3. PAYSAGE. Les barres fixes mangeaient 38 a 45% d'une fenetre de 342px de
      haut (barre principale 71 a 93px + barre du bas 59px), avant meme la
      barre d'adresse de Safari. On escamote la barre du bas quand la fenetre
      est basse : le menu principal reste accessible par le bouton.

   4. ENCOCHE EN PAYSAGE. .nav, #toTop, #plightBtn, .scrollcue et le bas de
      #nezBar traitaient deja les zones sures. Restaient trois en-tetes
      collants (boutique, journal, page arabe) et les cotes de #nezBar. On
      passe par une bordure transparente et non par le remplissage : leur
      remplissage varie d'un gabarit a l'autre (14/30/32px pour .btop,
      19,5/37,5/40px pour .jtop, 0 pour l'en-tete arabe) et le recopier serait
      le figer. Sans encoche, env() vaut zero et la bordure est nulle.

   5. SURBRILLANCE AU TOUCHER. Aucun -webkit-tap-highlight-color sur le site :
      iOS peignait un rectangle gris a chaque appui, ce qui jure sur fond
      sombre. Les etats :active du site suffisent.
